Staybridge Suites Colorado Springs North by IHG

We spent one night here while in Colorado Springs with our two dogs. I was surprised at how quiet it was compared to most hotels. The room was modern and clean and we appreciated having the little kitchen area. Each staff member was incredibly friendly. Every time I came into eyesight of the front desk staff, I was greeted even though I was just passing by. There’s plenty of parking. I would definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

From the moment we were checked in by the front desk assistant manager Jordan, we were made to feel most welcome! It was immediately apparent that this property had undergone an extensive renovation from our previous stay a few months prior as the hotel sparkled brilliantly from the front lobby throughout the hallways and exquisitely displayed two-bedroom suite we enjoyed with the most breathtaking mountain view and scenery you will ever find! The personal touch and family atmosphere was apparent throughout our 4-day staycation. General Manager Scott Duarte is not just a figurehead but instead immerses himself in hands-on duties that includes taking out the hotel trash and helping guests with whatever issues and questions they have. Many hotels advertise “Pet Friendly” but his hotel truly shows love and appreciation towards your pets and loves on them as if they were their own. Our Westie definitely appreciated the love and attention he received! We desperately were in need of quiet and relaxation during this staycation and we definitely got both during our stay here. We HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this absolute treasure for a getaway!

I stay at any Holiday Inn Or Staybridge locations whenever I go places I've stayed at this location previously and was upgraded to a 2 room suite like every other Staybridge. While I was making my reservation my next upgrade was a 2 room suite but seeing how Diamond Elite which we get the upgrade. Upon checking in I asked if there were any upgrades available (there was I checked before checking in) I was informed that I wasn't going to get it. Mind you I stayed at this very location and was upgraded. I will not be staying at this location again I'll take my week long stays in another location

Great experience. Nice, friendly staff. Helpful. Breakfast was good. An evening snack layout was good, especially the fruit. Easy visit with two dogs. Colorado Canine Orthapedics referred us and we got a discount mentioning the referral. Will return again.

Tempted to switch from a loyal Marriott member to IHG, after this stay. Whoever sees this review - choose this hotel, and you’ll understand why. Absolutely GORGEOUS inside and out; from the outdoor seating areas to the rooms themselves, way to be, IHG. Perfectly tucked into a quiet area among the most beautiful Mountain views. The staff even feels like folks you’ve known your whole life! Jordan checked me in, and he was incredible. Made me feel like we knew each other. Made sure to find me a room ready for early check-in. Was super helpful and engaging - I enjoyed connecting with him! He was truly invested in making my experience as great as it could be. The manager (I’m spacing on his name) was also very kind and fun to talk to. Definitely works hard, and somehow manages well under pressure - bravo. Rooms were beautiful, modern and cozy. The beds and pillows are so much better than Marriott’s! Thank you for the best nights rest. Dove products are provided, thankfully! I didn’t have to worry about getting or bringing expensive hair care products. The outdoor pool/hot tub here was DELIGHTFUL! Spent virtually every afternoon here. The grilling area was great too - made some bacon wrapped fillet’s and grilled veggies, yummm. The gym was awesome too, has so much equipment. FREE laundry - yes FREE. The dining area leads back to a GORGEOUS balcony with a large fireplace overlooking the mountains. Very romantic for you couples. Coolest part though? The snack hour M-W from 5:30-7:30pm. Served in the same area as their delicious breakfasts, it was something I’ve not yet seen at a hotel brand before. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and very highly recommend this hotel to most others in the Springs. I come here often for work, and WILL be choosing this hotel exclusively from here on out. I was here for business, but Staybridge felt like a vacation.

Staybridge Suites is a solid choice, especially for longer stays. The rooms are big and very spacious, with layouts that feel more like an apartment than a hotel. The large kitchen is a major plus and includes a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and stovetop, along with everything you need to be comfortable for an extended stay. The pull-out sofa is also large, adding extra flexibility for families. One downside is the double-bed suites—the beds themselves are very small and not ideal for two people, which can be uncomfortable if you’re sharing. The fitness room has weights and equipment, which is great, but unfortunately the treadmill was not working during our stay. A big highlight is the running trail directly behind the hotel, which is perfect for morning runs or walks. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options and a coffee station that gets the job done. The view from the back of the hotel is excellent, adding to the overall experience. Overall, Staybridge Suites offers space, functionality, and convenience, making it a strong option in Colorado Springs—especially for longer stays—with just a few areas that could use improvement.

What a great place to stay! We arrived from Missouri at another hotel just to find out booking.com never completed our reservations. I walked in this location and spoke with GM Scott Duarte and he took care of us like family. The room was very accommodating for our family. Very nice, and clean hotel our kids loved the pool and breakfast. We will be returning to this location!
